Kimsey, who <a rel="nofollow noopener" href="https://www.nytimes.com/2016/03/03/technology/jim-kimsey-dies-at-76-aol-co-founder-influenced-generation-of-net-providers.html" target="_blank" data-ylk="slk:passed away;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas" class="link ">passed away</a> of cancer in 2016, built the 24,500-square-foot, six-bedroom main house in 1999.
