Lana's gearing up for round five of her antics, but is anyone from Too Hot To Handle still together? Is the romantic success rate strong for this reality dating show?

One thing's for certain, the connection between contestants is anything but boring. As we prepare to binge Too Hot To Handle season 5, which hits Netflix on Friday, July 14, we decided to take a look back to see how the OGs have faired post-experiment.

Is anyone from 'Too Hot To Handle' still together?

First things first, let's check out THTH's competition. To our surprise, the Love Is Blind season 4 couples (the most recent from the franchise) are actually going strong. Plenty of Love Island couples are still together and did manage to make things work post-villa. (Speaking of Love Island, is Ariana Madix joining the USA crew?!) And The Bachelor franchise has seen some long-term relationships blossom IRL.

We hate to break the news, but Too Hot To Handle is not quite as successful at bringing singles together as its counterparts. Here's where its famous pairs stand today.

Francesca Farago and Harry Jowsey (Season 1)

The Netflix series is synonymous with Franny and Harry, who proposed to his lady with a Ring Pop. Once the cameras stopped rolling, however, the Ring Pop proposal lost its sparkle, and the two went their separate ways.

Then, Francesca tried her hand at finding love on Perfect Match and quickly earned villain status for the way she treated hopeful matches and her competitors. Ultimately, romance was waiting for her off-camera. Francesca Farago is dating TikTok star and LGBTQ+ advocate Jesse Sullivan and seems to be in it for the long haul.

Rhonda Paul and Sharron Townsend (Season 1)

As is the case with most dating show contestants, distance ultimately prevented Rhonda and Sharron from taking things to a more serious level, but they do remain amicable. Hey, even if you don't walk away with a romance, at least you have a lasting friendship, right?

"Unfortunately, we are not [together]," he told Women's Health. "We are the best of friends; we still do talk, as far as helping each other out, talking to each other, and things like that."

Lydia Clyma and David Birtwistle (Season 1)

Sorry, folks, it's a no-go for Lydia and David, though they did go all googly-eyed for one another initially.

Nicole O’Brien and Bryce Hirschberg (Season 1)

Similarly to Rhonda and Sharron, Nicole and Bryce had a tough time making it work because of geography and pandemic travel restrictions. Guess it's not too easy finding love when you're stationed on opposite ends of the world. However, things appear to be cordial between the two.

"After the many failed attempts to reunite due to quarantine and border restrictions, we decided that moving on and remaining friends would be our best option for the time being," he said, according to People. "Nicole is so lovely and if under less unusual circumstances I'm sure that we could've had an amazing relationship! I wish her the best because she deserves it."

Emily Miller and Cam Holmes (Season 2)

Ding, ding, ding! We have a winner! Emily and Cam are still going strong, despite a brief break post-show. Though they're one of the few couples to have found romance on the unorthodox series, things weren't always easy for the two, particularly when Emily suffered from an ectopic pregnancy. They're moving on from their difficulties and even have a house together now. Despite the severity of the experience, it seemingly brought them closer together.

Melinda Melrose and Marvin Anthony (Season 2)

Although the two went their separate ways, Melinda Berry managed to stay within the Netflix dating show family as host of the binge-worthy Dated & Related. She also sparked romance rumors with THTH season 2 stud, Peter Vigilante, but that has seemingly fizzled as well.

Tabitha Clifft and Chase DeMoor (Season 2)

Distance kept these lovebirds apart, but Chase went on to cause chaos on Perfect Match alongside his fellow THTH Francesca Farago.

Carly Lawrence and Joey Joy (Season 2)

After a few makeups and breakups—and a move to Los Angeles—the pair finally decided to put their relationship to bed.

Larissa Trownson and Nathan Webb (Season 2)

Things started heating up between the two while filming, but they split upon Larissa's exit from the show. Nathan attempted to give things another go, but a connection wasn't in the cards.

Christina Carmela and Robert Van Tromp (Season 2)

Distance and public scrutiny ultimately caused this season 2 couple to go their separate ways.

"As the show has come out it's been much more challenging in terms of the relationship being under the microscope," he revealed to MailOnline.

Holly Scarfone and Nathan Soan Mngomezulu (Season 3)

When Holly's course load at school became a bit too overwhelming, the two parted ways.

Harry Johnson and Beaux Raymond (Season 3)

The distance dilemma strikes again! The season 3 winners were unable to make things work once filming had come to a close, but they are on friendly terms like a few of their predecessors.

Jawahir Khalifa and Nick Kici (Season 4)

Despite being crowned the winners of season 4, the two stopped seeing one another when the show came to a close.

Per Netflix Life, Jawahir said: "I did suspect of him cheating in our relationship. He was deleting conversations off his phone, and we would go to a yoga place, and he would be like flirting with a girl at the yoga place."

What's next for the 'Too Hot to Handle' couples?

Will the fifth time be a charm for the reality dating series? Although the show's intimacy coordinator Brenden Durrell couldn't divulge any spoilers, he did tell My Imperfect Life that this group was like none other.

"I feel like all the seasons have been amazing, all the groups have been amazing. This season 5 crew, I can see a Hollywood billboard," he told My Imperfect Life. "They're really bright and really eccentric. Personally, [I've had] some of my best workshops in this season. I can't spill the beans on which theme it is, but I will say that there were some amazing breakthroughs."

Durrell also admitted that he witnessed pairings he didn't initially see coming. Maybe this "untyping" will be a good thing for season 5 contestants? Tune in Friday, July 14 to find out!
