This Anti-Aging Moisturizer Feels Like Silk on My Skin

All aspects of life feel uncertain right now, so I'm being gentle on myself. If I want to stay in my pajamas all day, that's fine. If I want to eat pizza for breakfast, that's ok too. And if I don't feel like doing a workout over Zoom, it's okay sit on the couch long enough to melt into it.
I'm being kind to my skin, too. That's why I've been using Tata Harper's Repairative Anti-Aging Moisturizer as my daily moisturizer. The serum-like cream feels like a silk pillowcase on my skin and it absorbs almost instantly without leaving any greasy residue. It has a dewy finish that wears great under makeup, although my face has been mostly bare aside from some concealer since we've started social distancing.

The only caveat is that like buying organic produce, this natural moisturizer is an investment. At $116, it's a lot pricier than many moisturizers out there. However, skin health is wealth, and this silky cream has been keeping my skin soft, hydrated, and chill during this chaotic time.

Another reason why I'll restock Tata Harper's moisturizer is because of the brand's COVID-19 relief efforts. Earlier this month, Tata Harper began producing hand sanitizer and teamed up with celebrity makeup artist Sir John and charity organization Donate Beauty to distribute product to the medical community. The brand also donated bottles of the Repairative and Rebuilding Moisturizers to help relieve reactions from the masks frontline workers have been wearing during their shifts.
Even though I'm staying inside for the foreseeable future, I can't sleep in every day. And massaging this moisturizer on my face in the morning makes me miss my soft and cozy bed a little less.
