Annual ‘Trash to Treasure’ art exhibit returns

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – The Paso del Norte Community Foundation is holding its showcase on transforming trash into art.

The Green Hope Project, a fund from the Paso del Norte Community Foundation and the Raiz Federal Credit Union, will hold the eighth annual “Trash to Treasure” art exhibit from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17, at the El Paso Community College Valle Verde Campus AST—150 building.

According to Paso Del Norte, the “Trash to Treasure” showcase will highlight the artwork of local artists of all ages, who will compete to win prizes.

Here are the winners of each division:

Elementary Division First Place Winner
