Dancing with the Stars came to a semi-awkward ending on Monday night thanks to a "control room" error that landed three couples in the bottom two and resulted in Anne Heche getting unceremoniously eliminated. And uh, apparently she was. not. happy.

Page Six reports that the actress was "furious" about the mixup and "stormed off" set, refusing to do press immediately after the episode.

“Anne was not happy — she was furious," a source explained to Page Six. "She drove off the lot and refused to do any press.” Meanwhile, Anne herself told the outlet that she was upset about being eliminated after opening up about how her relationship with Ellen DeGeneres moved "the needle for equal rights forward."

“The honest truth is that it took 20 years to process and share that story, so finally, telling it and being voted off on the same night was not the best feeling,” she explained. “It did feel good to tell my story to show that we have come a long way, and we see things with more acceptance now—even though we are not all the way there yet, it’s important to recognize how far we have come.”

Anne and her partner Keo Motsepe honestly did a gorgeous job with their dance, so it was a a bummer to see her voted off—though as a reminder, the control room error was not Tyra Banks' fault!
