Anne Hathaway has put her spin on the cutout trend.

The Ocean's 8 actress chose a daring gown for the NYC premiere of her AppleTV+ show WeCrashed, with the help of her stylist Erin Walsh. The star wore a sky blue, ankle-length dress by David Koma, featuring a thigh-high slit and asymmetrical cutouts. The extreme chest cutout extended from her right shoulder down to her left hip, showing her black bra and midsection.

She accessorized the look with black Aquazzura heels and a black clutch, as well as Bvlgari jewelry.

The trendy fit is a departure for the Devil Wears Prada actress, who usually prefers elegant white or jewel-toned gowns for her red carpet appearances. She appears to be favoring bolder looks these days, as the premiere look comes days after she donned a fun three-piece suit by Christopher John Rogers for press appearances in NYC.

She paired the technicolor polka-dot fit with eggplant-toned heels, asymmetrical diamond earrings. and a turquoise version of Versace's La Medusa Mini Bag.

Hathaway also made a political statement with her look for the WeCrashed premiere at the Paramount Theater in Austin during South by Southwest. She accessorized her metallic Versace gown with a handmade mini-bag from sustainable Thai brand PIPATCHARA, decorated with the transgender flag. The star's choice to carry the accessory at a Texas event came in the midst of widespread criticism against the state's Republican governor, Greg Abbott's, his anti-trans order.
