Anne Hathaway may out and about promoting two new movies—She Came to Me and Eileenbut her sculpted legs are stealing the show. The 41-year-old The Devil Wears Prada star was spotted in New York City on Monday, November 27, looking very Miranda Priestly-like while sporting a sharp white blazer, matching pumps, and a mini dress.

So, how does the busy actress and mom of two stay so fit? While Anne hasn’t shared her workout routine lately, she goes hard in the gym when necessary, particularly when preparing for a movie role. She gave a glipse into the role prep process in a 2018 Instagram video that showed her working with multiple trainers, lifting weights, and stretching her legs.

“I am gaining weight for a movie role and it is going well,” Anne captioned her post. “To all the people who are going to fat shame me in the upcoming months, it’s not me, it’s you. Peace xx.”

And since becoming a mom, Anne has seen a shift in her fitness routines. “I find that my workouts are really different now because I gave birth,” she told PEOPLE in 2020. “I had been trying to fit into my [pre-pregnancy] jeans and it just wasn’t happening, then I stopped trying—and the other day, they fit.” Anne also shared that she loved how her postpartum workouts left her "feeling strong."

As for her exact workouts? Anne has worked with personal trainer Ramona Braganza for for her films like Get Smart and Rachel Getting Married, using the PT's 321 Training Method. "It involves cardio, circuit and core work, using resistance tools to achieve strength," Braganza told Women's Health UK in 2022. "For Anne in particular, we worked on her arms to accentuate her back and support her posture..."

Anne's workout routine don’t just involve physical activity though—breaks are just as crucial to the star’s wellness regime. “Rest days are so important,” Braganza said. “When we trained for Anne’s two films, we made sure she took at least one day a week off for recovery.”

And the benefits weren't just physical, either. Anne pushed herself hard in the gym before her appearance at the 2009 Oscars, which really “helped her mental state,” Braganza said. “Confidence comes from within, and when you feel your muscles contract, or even if you’re just a little sore, then you’re more aware of your posture, too. In turn, you’ll find yourself standing taller and, thus, come across and feel more self-assured.”

Clearly, that confidence if still paying off! Anne's got it ("it" = super toned legs), and she's flaunting it!
