Anna Camp & Skylar Astin List Gorgeous, L.A. Home & the Pool Is so Unique

When Pitch Perfect love birds Anna Camp and Skylar Astin announced their split in April after two years of marriage, hearts undoubtedly broke (ours included). The decision clearly wasn’t abrupt, though, because shortly following the news, People reported that the two listed their Los Angeles-area home on the market about a month before they posted their to-the-point joint statement. So what does the home look like? And how much is it? We finally have all the details — and photos — thanks to Realtor.com.

The Los Feliz home, Camp and Astin‘s second home, is listed for a whopping $2.45 million. Previously, they lived in a renovated 1920s Spanish Colonial house, also located in Los Feliz.

At over 3,100 square feet, the private, four-bed, three-and-a-half bath home is described by Realtor.com as a mix of “Old World elegance and New World style,” with Palladian French doors (which provide stunning views of the gardens), arched doorways, an exquisite tiled mantel fireplace and scrolling ironwork.

The home also includes a pool, spa, two-car garage, floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, new cabinetry and more.

And as for the kitchen? We live for that backsplash.

But our favorite feature has to be the unique artwork in the pool. Take a look!

Notably, the home is spacious compared to others in the area, according to co-listing Compass agent Boni Bryant.

“The living room and adjacent family room are truly huge,” Bryant tells Realtor.com. “It’s very rare to find this scale in other homes of this size anywhere in the area.”

Plus, above the two-car garage is a studio apartment, where guests and family can stay.

Camp and Astin purchased the home in 2016 for $1.98 million, but they’ll profit on the sale thanks to their thoughtful renovations, including the renovated eat-in kitchen and its upgraded appliances. The couple also renovated the bathroom in the master suite.

Only time will tell who purchases this home. In the meantime, we wish only the best for the Pitch Perfect co-stars.
