Animal Control Officer's Rescue of Mama Pittie and 7 Puppies Is Full of Joy
Animal Control Officers have gotten a bad reputation among dogs, but animal advocates like @acoalcorn are flipping the script. Officer Alcorn and her coworkers all share glimpses into their lives on individual TikTok accounts, but one recent rescue has viewers watching on repeat.
Officer Alcorn and the Animal Control team responded to a call about a mama dog and her puppies living under an abandoned building, but she ensured all of the dogs were brought to safety. Needless to say, she fell in love with the adorable puppies while on the job!

OMG--we're in love, too! We could tell that this was going to be an easy and happy rescue as soon as Mama Pit Bull came out from her shelter for a snack. She even seemed calm while Officer Alcorn picked up her babies one by one. It's like she knew that she was there to help!
"Thank you ladies for all you do," commented @shelleyeymer. "I know it wears on the emotions." We can only imagine how taxing some of these calls can be! Fortunately, this one was on the easier side. All of the puppy cuddles were just a bonus!
It also seems like Mama and the puppies are all fairly healthy, considering where they've been living. Like @cp_lovenohate said, "OMG, look at those chubsters. Mama was putting in a lot of hard work. I’m so glad she can relax a bit now." So are we! She and the little ones will all get spoiled now, and they will spend the rest of their lives simply being dogs. Thank you, Officer Alcorn!
