Yesterday was a heartbreaking day for fans of Angus Cloud. According to a family statement, the 25-year-old actor died in his family home in Oakland, California. Cloud became an overnight sensation thanks to his role as Fezco in the HBO series "Euphoria" before showing a bright future in the fashion world.

Thanks to Cloud's caring personality and authentic style, he became a pop culture icon for Gen-Z. Just a few years after the introverted actor became a household name, Cloud had partnerships with Ralph Lauren, Amiri, Marc Jacobs, and FILA, among other brands.

In February 2023, PUMA enlisted Cloud for its FOREVER.CLASSIC campaign. At the time of the announcement, Cloud said, “To be a part of the FOREVER. CLASSIC. campaign highlighting PUMA’s most iconic and legendary products is surreal, you feel me? It’s so dope to be part of this next generation honoring the classics I remember from when I was growing up in Oakland.”

PUMA's video advertisements featuring Cloud have run throughout the year and might still pop up during commercial breaks. But even before Cloud's deal with PUMA, the Oakland native was a walking mood board for Gen-Z.

Cloud's periodic Instagram posts provided fans with updates on the reserved actor and served as fashion inspiration. Complex conducted an in-depth interview with Cloud in February 2022, where the actor went sneaker shopping with host Joe La Puma.

Cloud discussed his humble beginnings and shared relatable stories about finding classic Nike sneakers at thrift stores and winning Foot Locker raffles. In a short time, Cloud became a sneaker icon, but more importantly, made a massive impact on the world with his kindness and gentle demeanor.
