This just in, to be placed in the news section of ' Why Can't This Happen to Any of Us' Angie Harmon, the actress known for her roles in Law & Order and Rizzoli & Isles has a three-month-old rescue squirrel named Thomas who is her own personal makeup artist and hair stylist.

Um, sorry but have you seen Angie Harmon? She doesn't need any help in the beauty department so I will happily take that squirrel off her hands, er, shoulder, to help me by being my own furry glam squad. I mean, just look at this, this is absurdly cute!

Harmon shared the post on Instagram and she can be heard telling Thomas, "I’m just going to put on some mascara and I'd appreciate it if you would just chill out for two seconds. Don’t bite my sweater.”

Harmon explained to People magazine exclusively how this little fellow came into her life, and she told the news outlet " So my youngest daughter found him on the sidewalk, and there was no tree to put him on," she recalled of the discovery made by 14-year-old Emery. (Harmon also has two older daughters, Avery, 18, and Finley, 20.)

Harmon said she instructed Emery to place the newborn rodent under a tree and wait for his mom to return, but she never did.

"So I was like, 'Okay, I'll come get him,' " she told PEOPLE. "And then I've had him ever since."

Come on, look at how cute this is!

Not all of us can be blessed with natural beauty like Harmon is but if you should luck out and find an abandoned squirrel, here's what you should do.

How to help a lost squirrel.

If you find an uninjured baby squirrel the best thing you can do is leave it where it is and wait for its mama to return. if mom doesn't come back, you can place the baby in a shoebox with a towel to keep it warm and call your local animal welfare center or animal rescue. You should wear gloves to protect yourself from being scratched or bitten.

If you decide to keep the baby squirrel, and it's legal to do so where you live, you need to find a veterinarian who can help you with how and what to feed it and immunizations. Squirrels are wild animals and ideally, that's where they belong, in the wild.

But they sure are adorable!
