Angelina Jolie Took Zahara and Vivienne to See Cirque du Soleil
Angelina Jolie has kept a relatively low profile throughout awards season, but photos have emerged of the fun outing she took her daughters 15-year-old Zahara and 11-year-old Vivienne on this week.
Jolie took the girls to Cirque du Soleil's touring show Volta during its Los Angeles stop. They got to meet the cast after—their mom is Angelina Jolie, after all—and take a photo alongside the crew. Show star Paola Fraschini shared the snap of Jolie, Zahara, and Vivienne with everyone, writing, "Ok.. I’ve never thought I could meet Angelina Jolie! She came to see the show...What a beautiful soul.. 🦋🤩"
Jolie wore what appears to be a black slip dress and trench to the show. Zahara was in black too, while Vivienne wore a white hoodie.

Jolie did several red carpets with her kids last year when she was promoting Maleficent: Mistress of Evil. During the London premiere, Vivienne, her twin brother Knox, Zahara, and Shiloh all attended with their mother. The group dressed in black and white:
Jolie has spoken openly about how parenting Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne, Knox, Maddox, and Pax changed her. She told Extra in October that as they've gotten older and into their teen years, she's been able to rediscover parts of herself while being there for them.
"When your kids are a certain age, you go through stages, and you want to make sure they're safe, and you want to make sure they understand certain values," she started. "And then you get to a place where you've done a lot of that, and you feel that they're good and you also want them to know joy, and it brings back a part of you that is fun and alive and silly."
"You have it in waves when they’re little, but when they’re older, they want to know you because they need to get through life and all the hardships in life, and they need how to weather those punches," she continued. "And so you don’t just teach them how to survive it, you teach them how to thrive and manage it, so that takes a different level of spirit.”
