Angelina Jolie and Salma Hayek Match in All-Black Outfits for Dinner Date With Their Kids

Angelina Jolie and Salma Hayek appeared as visions in black during a dinner date in Los Angeles this past weekend.

The actors and longtime friends enjoyed a night out Saturday, accompanied by their children: Jolie's 19-year-old son Pax and Hayek’s 15-year-old daughter Valentina. See all the photos here.

For the outing, Jolie repped her signature minimalist street style by wearing a billowing black dress layered underneath a sleek beige trench coat with tortoiseshell buttons. She finished off the look with large ’70s-esque sunglasses and a pair of pumps, both of which also came in black.

Meanwhile, Hayek coordinated with her friend in her own all-black ensemble. The Frida star’s look consisted of a black collared button-up, shiny black patterned pants, and a glossy black leather jacket. To accessorize, she added dangling silver earrings, a gold bracelet, and black platform sandals.

Hayek and Jolie have worked together recently on two projects, first co-starring in Marvel’s Eternals (2021) before reuniting last year for a film adaptation of Alessandro Baricco’s novel Without Blood (not yet released). Jolie directed and produced the latter project, while Hayek starred in the film alongside Demián Bichir.

“Angelina is the best director I’ve ever worked with,” Hayek told Deadline last year. “I absolutely loved working with her; enjoyed every second of it. It’s a tough piece, but it was so delicious to come to work every single day. She is a genius and I think this might be her best movie yet. She did an amazing job, really.”
