Angelina Jolie Does Stealth Off-Duty Style to See the Tomb Raider Reboot
Angelina Jolie was the first actress to portray Lara Croft, the badass video game heroine of Tomb Raider, on the big screen back in 2001. This past weekend in Hollywood, the 42-year-old actress took her family to see the newly released reboot of the movie in which Alicia Vikander plays the starring role. Dressed in black from head to toe for the occasion, Jolie projected a sense of off-duty style that was at once chic and stealth.
Jolie wore a simple belted coat, an elegant silhouette she’s relied upon on and off the red carpet. Her accessories were decidedly sophisticated, starting with oversize cat-eye shades, a modern riff on a retro style. She finished the look with a ladylike top-handle tote and heeled Aquatalia boots with a easy-walking platform sole.
