Angela Ahrendts is a businesswoman who was previously Apple's senior vice president of retail and online stores. Prior to joining Apple, Ahrendts served as the CEO of Burberry, leading the company through a period of outstanding global growth. A Midwesterner, Ahrendts grew up in Indiana where she met her now husband and attended college. Although she intended to major in fashion design at Ball State University, Ahrendts realized her strengths lie in marketing and merchandising and her career followed suit.
