The Andy Griffith Show Actor Jim Nabors’ Beachfront Honolulu Home Is on the Market
On the small screen, Jim Nabors may have lived a perfect Mayberry life. But in reality, the late actor hung his hat in a different kind of paradise.
Nabors, who famously portrayed small-town gas station attendant Gomer Pyle on The Andy Griffith Show, lived out his golden years in a spectacular oceanfront estate in Hawaii—far from the small-town splendor of his character’s fictional North Carolina town.
Nabors’ five-bedroom, 5,877-square-foot home is now on the market for nearly $14,888,000 with Hawaii Life.
Set on a prized piece of land (just two doors down from Doris Duke’s iconic Hawaii home) with a whopping 170 feet of oceanfront, the plantation-style mansion is designed to take full advantage of its assets.
