Andy Cohen is a lot of things. He's a radio and talk-show host, dad to baby Benjamin, a producer, a writer, and last, but not least, a dog dad to Wacha. Andy rescued Wacha from Virginia when the pup was just one year old, and it's been true love ever since. Andy's Instagram is literally flooded with photos of the two together, and most recently, photos of Wacha and Benjamin together.

House Beautiful sat down to chat with Andy about all things pet and learned some pretty interesting things about this duo. Let me tell you this: This dog has lived his best life over the past six years.

Wacha has flown in a helicopter...MORE THAN ONCE.

Obviously, Andy travels a lot for work and play. And whenever he can bring his beloved pup with him, he does. Yes, even to the Hamptons. And sometimes that means traveling via helicopter. That's right, Wacha has flown from the Hamptons back to New York City. "Yeah, I tried putting the headphones on him....didn't really work," Andy said.

Wacha eats special dog food for his age.

"I just found out he's a senior dog which is wild to me," Andy said. Fun fact: 83% of dog owners don’t know when a dog becomes a senior. "So I moved him to this Purina ONE Vibrant Maturity dog food, which is really great and has now become an essential for him," he said.

Andy has recently partnered with Purina ONE and is also encouraging other senior-dog owners to participate in the 28-Day Challenge. Purina donates a dollar for every person that signs up for Purina ONE PetFinder Foundation's efforts to find homes for senior dogs.

Wacha has not one but TWO dog beds.

While Andy's home may be scattered with baby toys, that doesn't mean Wacha's things have gone away. In fact, Wacha has three places to choose from when it comes to napping in the Cohen household. He's got a dog bed in the office and another dog bed in the den that he can choose to nap in. But at the end of the day, Wacha sleeps right where he belongs...in Andy's bed.

Wacha uses an Eames chair as a toy box.

Most dogs have an area, or at best, a basket for their toys—not Wacha, though. No, he has something all dogs aspire to have as a toy box: an Eames chair. Tucked away in Andy's bedroom, Andy put the ottoman part against the wall and the treats rest on top. "There's just like 15 ugly dog toys and bones on it," the host said. "And that's where I keep the dog toys for some reason."

Wacha gets his own fan art.

I've heard of fans giving celebrities paintings, drawings, and/or cross-stitches of them, but of their dog? That's a new one even for me, resident pet expert of House Beautiful.

"I have more paintings of my dog than any one man ever," Andy said. "I also have every representation of my dog that is known to man. Honestly, I have three or four stuffed versions of the dog—one is in my clubhouse at Watch What Happens Live, in a little dog bed. He's everywhere." What a life!
