While Andy Cohen is usually the one encouraging TV personalities to bare it all in interviews and specials, he decided that it was his turn, recreating a revealing photoshoot from 30 years ago for a great cause.

Cohen shared the new photo, as well as the original, showing him sitting naked on top of a building, crediting Spencer Tunick as the original photographer.

He wrote in the caption, "Thirty years ago, I posed for photographer @spencertunick (swipe for that image). And I did it again…"

Although it's an interesting photoshoot on its own, Cohen had a meaningful reason for doing this, saying, "May is #SkinCancerAwareness Month and I’m partnering with @eltamdskincare to remind you all to wear sunscreen and #GetNaked… for a skin check with your dermatologist."

He invited everyone to tag their friends and family who need a reminder, noting that, "For every tag in the next 30 days, @eltamdskincare will donate a bottle of sunscreen to the @curemelanoma foundation, up to $100,000 in value #EltaMDPartner."

Many people were thankful for the awareness in the comments, as one person shared the tip, "From someone who has had skin cancer, remember to put sunscreen on your ears. It’s a place that’s not often thought of. ❤️."

Someone else highlighted that May is also Brain Cancer Awareness Month.

Crystal Kung Minkoff of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills commented, "You look amazing!! And thanks for the reminder to get checked!"

Even more people complimented Cohen on the photos, with a comment from The Real Housewives of Dallas' Stephanie Hollman reading, "You get better with age Andy ❤️."

Amanda Hirsch, the woman behind the Not Skinny But Not Fat Instagram and podcast, couldn't get over Cohen's long and wavy hair from 30 years ago, writing, "BRING THE HAIR BACK."

Many celebrities have been highlighting the need to wear sunscreen and get checked often to prevent skin cancer recently, with Hugh Jackman even bringing his followers along as he got a skin biopsy.
