Anderson's Denver Downs Farm among Top 10 US corn mazes. See where it ranks on the list.

Denver Downs Farm in Anderson has been operating since 1869.

Initially, the farm produced cotton, then dairy, and now it provides agritourism and live entertainment.

Now, it is receiving national acclaim accreditation for their corn maze.

The USA Today 10Best list ranked Denver Downs No. 7 on its Top 10 US corn mazes to visit this fall. Denver Downs ranked above Maze Craze in New Springfield, Ohio; Cornbelly's in Lehi, Utah and Southern Hill Farms in Clermont, Florida.

The 10 places were voted by readers as "the best places to visit in the U.S. during fall for their beautiful scenery, fantastic weather, and wealth of seasonal activities and events."

The 10best list said the following about Denver Downs:

"Denver Downs Farm invites guests to navigate through their corn maze each fall. Try it at night with the aid of a flashlight for a more challenging outing, then enjoy one of their barnyard bonfires, complete with live music, s'mores, and kettle corn. This South Carolina Century Farm in Anderson County has been owned and operated by the same family since 1869."

This year's fall festival at Denver Downs will take place Sept. 23-Nov. 12. Visitors can enjoy the flower garden, warm bonfires and live entertainment.

Only Treworghy Family Orchards in Levant, Maine; Great Vermont Corn Maze in Danville, Vermont; Cherry Crest Adventure Farm in Ronks, Pennsylvania; Devine's Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch in Harrodsburg, Kentucky and Davis Mega Maze and Exploration Acres in Sterling, Massachusetts ranked ahead of Denver Downs.
