Ana de Armas is as happy as can be while attending the Venice International Film Festival today. Her ear-to-ear grin is complimented by her epic style and her undeniable strength.

Ana reveals her mega-toned legs in shorts and strappy heels in a new photo from the event. Her long, navy blazer and matching shorts are the same length, putting her long and strong legs on full display.

“I’ve been going to this beautiful Pilates studio very close to my hotel. It’s in this gorgeous old majestic building on the top floor with windows to the river,” Ana told Vogue. She credits the workout for keeping her sane. She also said it positively changed her breathing and her body.

When feeling sore, Ana turns to her Theragun to massage her muscles. “I hold all of my tension in my shoulders and my legs, and this device is truly incredible,” she told Vogue.

Given her active schedule, the triangle-shaped device has become one of her go-to's.

"I bring it with me on the plane, to set, to my trailer," she told Vogue. "This is great for a warm-up before we start the choreography as it activates everything, and you can use it again to cool down."

Ana says she feels most powerful when she is on-set working, she told Elle in a video interview. She had "a really extensive training that I enjoyed very, very much," when filming The Gray Man, she explained. She learned stunt fights and gun training in preparation for her epic spy role.

Ana also revealed her favorite comfort meal. "I would just go for Cuban food," she told Elle. Rice and beans with a fried egg on top is Ana's recipe for success.

Keep up the good work, Ana!
