Ana de Armas stars in the new Bond movie, No Time To Die, and she just turned up on the red carpet looking seriously fit. Ana shared photos in her Instagram Stories of herself in her look, and they’re everything.

In the pics, Ana is working a stunning low-cut black velvet gown with a deep slit all the way up her thigh. Here's the BTS:

The 33-year-old’s legs and arms look super toned, just like they do in the movie, where she does all kinds of stunts, like firing off guns in both hands (as one does). Here's Ana doing her own stuntwork in the film:

OK, but how did Ana get so fit? She told Vogue UK that she does “really intense, physical work, training and choreographies,” for her action movies.

“I do it from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and then I get a break—and then on the weekends I go to the shooting range and I practice shooting with firing arms that I have to use in the film,” she said. She also did “knife training” for her role in the Bond movie, which she said she enjoyed “very much.”

In July, Ana told Vogue that she got really into Pilates while filming The Gray Man in Prague.

“I’ve been going to this beautiful Pilates studio very close to my hotel,” she said. “It’s in this gorgeous old majestic building on the top floor with windows to the river.” Ana said that Pilates’ reformer, chair, and bench work are good for “keeping me sane” and fit.

Ana also told People that she likes to work out. “Exercise also makes me happy, but it has to be fun,” she said. “I do something different every day—one day boxing, the next spinning or weight training—to not get bored.”

As for what she eats, Ana told People that she’s “not very disciplined with diets” and, in general, she tries to do whatever makes her happy in life. “Food makes me quite happy,” she said.

Clearly, it's working for her!
