Amy Schumer Wore a Bridal Ponytail and Radiant Makeup at Her Wedding to Chris Fischer
Amy Schumer isn't necessarily known for putting her personal relationships on blast nor for keeping them a total secret, but you could say today changed that. The 36-year-old comedian took to her Instagram to share photos from her wedding, which was kept totally under wraps until the photos hit the internet. Needless to say, many minds were blown.
Schumer posted several slideshow posts to her Instagram, showcasing a fleet of sweet moments from her gorgeous beachfront wedding. Among the images were photos of her new husband, chef and author Chris Fischer, her bridesmaids, puppies — yes, puppies — and even Jennifer Lawrence and Chelsea Handler, who were in attendance, too. Instead of a lengthy caption with details about the nuptials, though, Schumer kept it short and sweet, with a single-word caption: "Yup."
As far as her wedding beauty is concerned, Schumer kept it minimal, with a few coats of mascara, pink gloss, and a romantic updo with loose curls and face-framing tendrils. Bridesmaids wore blush-colored gowns, and flower crowns, and from what we can tell, were allowed to do whatever they wanted with their hair and makeup. Some decided on chignons, while others wore it down in loose waves.
Flipping through Schumer's wedding photos already has us dreaming of wedding season. The dreamy hair, the whimsical makeup, the romance in the air — well, you get it. Congrats to Amy and Chris, you adorable (and secretive) romantics.
