American Idol's Top 3 Revealed: Who Will Compete in the Season 20 Finale?

The stage is officially set for next week’s American Idol finale, following Sunday’s elimination of two more finalists. Or as Ryan Seacrest dubbed it, “a massive night in Idol history.”

The penultimate episode of Season 20 gave the five remaining singers — Fritz Hager, HunterGirl, Leah Marlene, Nicolina and Noah Thompson — their last chance to earn America’s approval before the final votes are cast next week.

And who better to prepare them for what’s to come than Season 4 Idol winner Carrie Underwood? The top five traveled to Vegas, where Underwood currently has a residency at Resorts World Theatre, for some last-minute mentoring. Finneas also made a special appearance on Sunday’s Idol, performing his new single “Naked.”
