Jackie 'Jax' Miskanic announced her engagement to boyfriend Braverijah Gregg via Instagram this past week.

American Idol alum Jackie "Jax" Miskanic is engaged!

Miskanic, who competed on the long-running singing competition show in 2015, announced via social media this past week that she is officially engaged to her "best friend" and boyfriend Braverijah Gregg. She also gave her followers a glimpse inside the couple's romantic proposal.

The video—shared to both Miskanic and Gregg's Instagram accounts—began with a throwback clip of the pair captioned "How the New Year started in our one bedroom apartment 2021..." In the video, the 26-year-old musician serenades Gregg with her song "Ring Pop," which features the lyrics, "Don't need no diamonds, you're my rock. And I'm okay with a Ring Pop."

The video then fast forwards two years, with Gregg holding an engagement ring in a new clip captioned "How the New Year started in 2023..."

The "Victoria's Secret" singer is then seen walking into a hotel room adorned with rose petals and candles, as Gregg gets down on one knee and pops the question—and of course, she said yes!

At the end of the clip, the happy couple was seen sharing a passionate New Year's Eve kiss, as they already have a lot to celebrate going into 2023.
