Luke Bryan takes his career seriously, which includes going on tour and performing across the country. But if there's one thing the American Idol judge can't stand, it's fighting in the middle of his shows.

During his July 17 concert in Youngstown, Ohio, the country singer noticed a rumble break out in the middle of his performance of the hit song "Buy Dirt." As Luke likes to do, he stopped the performance and proceeded to scold them in front of the entire arena.

"I mean, why the hell were y'all fighting during 'Buy Dirt'?" he asked the fighters in question. "This isn't Limp Bizkit or nothing ... I know somebody got the s--t knocked out of them, though, I saw it. Chill out."

Yeah, it's not necessarily the best idea to get a performer all upset while he's busy singing on stage. What made the fight worse is that it broke out during a concert on his birthday, which he recently celebrated with wife Caroline Boyer and his family.

"It's my birthday night," the "Country On" singer continued. "No fighting on my birthday night!"

Not all was lost, though. Later on during the performance, fans broke out singing "Happy Birthday," which he seemed to appreciate. But when a video of the slightly NSFW rant went viral on TikTok, American Idol viewers had a few concerns for their favorite judge.

"🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 wow fighting at a luke bryan concert," one fan commented. "i mean fr??? who fights at luke bryan!!!!" wrote another. One showgoer called out a longstanding college rivalry in the midwestern state. "How you gonna say no fighting then go straight into buckeyes and Michigan 😂."

Moral of the story: Don't fight, but especially during a Luke Bryan concert on his birthday.
