The twelfth iteration of Ryan Murphy's American Horror Story is one of the most devoutly awaited series of 2023. The star-studded new season of the cult-followed horror series sees the likes of Kim Kardashian and Cara Delevingne as well as the return of many of the franchise's familiar faces.

AHS: Delicate marks the first season of American Horror Story to draw inspiration from a book. Derived from Danielle Valentine’s Delicate Condition published earlier this summer, the season follows Roberts' character balancing the bouts of her A-list fame with the struggles of having a baby and, ultimately, motherhood. Delevingne appears about 20 seconds into the nearly two-minute preview, with Roberts asserting that Delevingne's ominously incognito character is "following [her]."

"You have a particular pension for turning dreams into nightmares," Kardashian's agent-esque character tells Roberts – who we then watch undergo an eery pregnancy journey in a series of unsettling clips. "Stop being hysterical," Roberts' husband, played by Gilmore Girls' Matt Czuchry yells at her before the trailer closes on a jarring shot.

Michaela Jaé Rodriguez of Murphy's Pose also joins the cast for the first time, along with beloved series regulars Billie Lourd, Denis O’Hare and Leslie Grossman. AHS: Delicate is split into two parts, with Part 1 premiering on FX on September 20 at 10 p.m. Stream the trailer in full above.

In other entertainment news, stream the first trailer for Netflix's Pain Hustlers, which stars Chris Evans and Emily Blunt.
