Amber Heard Responds to Claims She's Quit Hollywood

Following months of rumors that Amber Heard moved to Spain and quit Hollywood, the Aquaman star publicly addressed the claims in an all-new streetside interview.

Heard, 37, was stopped by paparazzi in Madrid outside of what's reportedly her new villa. During their discussion, which was recorded and later shared with TikTok, Heard told reporters that while she is living in Spain's capital city full-time, she has no plans to quit acting. In fact, the Justice League alum confirmed that she has some film projects currently in the works.

"I love Spain so much," the actress said while speaking in Spanish with a local reporter. When asked if she plans to stay in the country, she says, "Yes, I hope so. Yes, yes, I love living here."

Shortly before she scurried off to continue her day, the videographer was able to sneak in one last question, this time about her work. "Do you have film projects?" the reporter asked, to which she replied, "Oh, yes."

As she turns to walk back through her gate and into the privacy of her villa, she told the reporter, "I move on, that's life."

Heard's statements come about eight months after her Sept. 2022 move to the European country. While the reasons for her relocation remain unclear, she's certainly happy with the decision, and that's all fans seem to care about.

"I wish her and her daughter all the best personally. This isn’t just about her anymore, her daughter doesn’t deserve the shadow that’s been and gone," one top comment read.

"Happy she’s moved on bc I think that’s important after everything that’s happened nobody would want to stay in that place forever," another added.

"I don’t like her but I’m glad to see that she’s doing better," a third, very honest, TikToker wrote.

The love didn't stop there, with many others pointing out that Heard appeared to be doing well and looking much more relaxed and at ease following the results of her difficult defamation trial against ex-husband Johnny Depp.

While the actress didn't get into the details of her upcoming projects, she's been credited with two films that are currently in post-production–Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom and In the Fire.
