Now that Prime Day is over, we can take a look at the highs and lows that came with trying to deliver the best deals we found on Amazon and other retailers like Walmart and Target for our readers. We didn’t care where the deal came from, just as long as it was a good deal on a high-quality product.
We saw “Lightning Deals” come and go in the speed of... well, lightning. For example, a very popular Chromebook from Acer sold out in six minutes, while a 55-inch 4K TV from Sony cleared inventory in less than four minutes.
Prime Day is no joke, and if you’re not prepared for it, all of the best deals could pass you by without warning. However, there were deals that had a lot of staying power throughout the entire 48-hour run. We put together a list of the best-selling products (some of them are still on sale) on Yahoo Lifestyle to get you ready for the next Prime Day in July 2020. Because it’s never too early to plan for the next mega shopping event.

No. 1 Fire TV Stick
There’s a good reason why the Fire TV Stick was the No. 1 bestseller during Prime Day. Amazon was pretty aggressive at pricing their own streaming device. It’s one of the best ways to get Netflix, Hulu, HBO Now, and of course, Amazon Prime Video into your living room.

No. 2 Instant Pot DUO60
At only $50, the Instant Pot DUO60 not only surpassed any other best-selling kitchen appliance, but made the already popular pressure cooker even more popular with a new crop of customers. While it eventually sold out on Amazon, the Instant Pot DOU60 is still on sale at Walmart for the same low price.

No. 3 LifeStraw Personal Water Filter
This was a surprise bestseller! The LifeStraw Personal Water Filter converts dirty water in the wild into something more clean and drinkable. It was priced so low that it was practically an impulse buy and the strategy worked. The water filter sold out at the end of Prime Day and it made its way to the third bestseller on this list.

No. 4 Sony WH-CH700N Wireless Bluetooth Noise-Canceling Headphones
We knew we were going to see a big spike on noise-cancelling headphones for Prime Day, but we thought Bose or Beats would be the big standouts in audio gear, but here we are with Sony leading the way with the WH-CH77N headphones. It’s a quality headphone at any price and sold really well during Prime Day.

No. 5 All-new Fire 7 Tablet
Amazon’s all-new Fire 7 was the sales leader among tablets during Prime Day. With a brand new sleek design, it’s easy to see why people wanted to get their hands on this tablet. It’s compact and lightweight, while it offers impressive web services and apps from Amazon.

No. 6 Echo Dot
Amazon dropped the price of the Echo Dot a week before the start of Prime Day. However, it continued to sell really well during the two-day shopping event. In fact, the Echo Dot is still on sale for just $25.

We were baffled as to why this item didn’t sell out, but as it turned out, Amazon kept this Crest 3D White Professional Effects Whitestrips 44-pack in stock long enough to make them hit our bestseller list at No. 10. We should be seeing a lot of beautiful smiles in public in the near future now.
