For the first time this season, The Amazing Race left Asia to go to Europe. The 8 remaining teams spent the day driving around the countryside of Frankfurt and the city of Cologne. They faced the most tasks yet this season, and their relationships were put to the test under the arduous task of self-driving. And, for one team, it was an absolute disaster of a leg.

Who was eliminated on The Amazing Race 35 tonight?
Malaina Hatcher and Andrea Simpson – Best friends
Andrea and Malaiana have spent their time on The Amazing Race 35 skirting elimination. But it was soon into their final leg in Germany that they became incredibly intimate with the concept. An incorrect ferry ride had the best friends quite literally paying the price. After a day of getting lost around Frankfurt, getting sent back from the Roadblock was the final nail in their coffin, as they were eliminated having only completed half the leg.
Which teams finished at the top tonight?
Brothers Greg and John Franklin repeated their first-place finish from last week, as some expert navigation had them passing the majority of teams. They were followed by Robbin Tomich and Chelsea Day, who bounced from the bottom to the top of the pack after initially taking the wrong ferry, but following Greg and John to second place.
Which teams finished at the bottom tonight?
Joel Strasser and Garrett Smith were confident that they would be in last place, after falling out of the pack getting lost in the city of Cologne. They spent the rest of the leg in good spirits, only for those spirits to raise even more when they were told they were safe. Morgan Franklin and Lena Franklin were ahead of them, after a day of struggling during self-driving prompted their biggest fight of the season.
