The 'Mamma Mia!' actress is admittedly a fan of The Bachelor franchise

Amanda Seyfried is a Bachelor Nation stan!

The Dropout actress came clean about her reality show watching habits during an appearance on Sirius XM's The Jess Cage Show on Tuesday, where she openly admitted her love for both The Bachelor and The Bachelorette.

For Seyfried, 36, watching the long-running ABC series truly is a guilty pleasure, as she told hosts Jess Cagle and Julia Cunningham, "I struggle with it more and more each year," according to Page Six.

"This formula works, it does," she said of the show, where real-life hopefuls go to find love, "but it hasn't evolved quick enough for me to feel, you know, guilty-free when I watch it."

Nonetheless, the Mamma Mia! actress expressed her approval for the latest season of The Bachelorette, for which both Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey were cast as leading ladies.

"It's the best thing they've ever done," Seyfried said of the show's pivot this season. "I am most passionate about that direction from now on. I don't know how you can do it any other way."

"But I also love looking for the authenticity that you can so rarely see," the Mean Girls alum continued, per ET Canada. "I will say, I think Gabby is the most self-reflective, self-confident, there’s a, yes, she has her issues, we all do, but she expresses herself in a way, articulates herself in a way that I really appreciate."

Seyfried was then questioned about which contestant of the entire franchise she would choose to date, which she first claimed to not have an answer for. "No, none," she said, before admitting she would pick Ben Higgins from The Bachelor Season 20.

"I would say Ben. Ben’s the only one. When I met Ben, I was like, ‘I really, really appreciate you.’ I don’t know what it is. I just, there’s no one I can think of even going out on a date with. None of them," she added.
