Amanda Seyfried was all glitz and glam while attending an event to promote her Hulu series The Dropout.

The actress arrived at the Emmy FYC Clips and Conversations event held at the El Capitan Theater in Hollywood on Sunday evening.

She walked the red carpet in a black sequined short suit paired with a white button-up suit shirt and black heels. She accessorized with pair of diamond studs and wore her hair in styled soft Hollywood-esque waves. The actress kept her beauty look natural with a bronzed eyeshadow and nude lip created by clean-beauty makeup artist Katey Denno.

Seyfried plays Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes in the series: a young entrepreneur who becomes increasingly obsessed with making her company a success—so much so that she resorts to scamming her investors.

The actress spoke to BAZAAR.com earlier this year about how she prepared for the role. "The first choice you have to make is no judgments when you play somebody," she said. "I can't diagnose anybody. And I also think we're all so nuanced. We're built on so many different experiences, from childhood to where we are now. And I got to study. There's a lot of information out there, and I was privy to all of it."

Naveen Andrews plays Holmes's boyfriend and business partner, Sunny Balwani. At the Hollywood event last night, Seyfried and Andrews posed happily together on the red carpet.

Seyfried has been a on red-carpet style streak this month. On Friday, the wore a poppy-red Carolina Herrera wrap minidress to the premiere of 88 at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City. Her longtime stylist, Elizabeth Stewart, shared two behind-the-scenes videos of her look.

And last week, Seyfried attended the TIME 100 Gala in a dramatic black high-low dress, also by Carolina Herrera, which she styled with matching heels with curved front straps, and a diamond choker custom-made by Catherine Sarr of fine jewelry brand ALMASIKA and crafted with De Beers diamonds ethically and sustainably sourced in Botswana. She finished the elevated look with a red lip and sideswept updo—a la Old Hollywood.
