If you think you've found a fun way to get your sweat on, think again, because Amanda Seyfried has just unlocked the key to what might just be the most enjoyable workout ever. And it doesn't involve weights, bikes, or treadmills.

The Dropout star posted a fun IG video of her recent barefoot pickleball game, and it looked like all kinds of fun. You can see Amanda, 36, whack the ball and run back onto the court, and TBH, her legs were totally sculpted in the video.

“Pickle-ballin’ better,” Amanda captioned the photo. And she quickly had fans weighing in on her fun workout in the comments section. “Just when pickle ball seemed like all the rage, you add the barefoot element,” wrote one follower. "OMG UR DOING SO WELL," another said. "Pickleball is life changing," a third chimed in.

Sounds like there are a whole lot of pickleball stans out there.

ICYMI, pickleball has been all the rage in recent years, and it's actually a really easy way to get your heart rate up while hanging with friends and fam. Plus, it's pretty manageable for all skill levels. The game requires you to do quick lateral moves (like tennis) and changes of direction while staying in a slight squat position. Talk about a leg workout.

To get prepped, bird dogs, lateral shuffles with a band, and push-ups are all good exercises to level-up your pickleball game, per the Wall Street Journal.

Amanda is used to finding movement through fun, everyday activities like this. Usually, a workout is a day out on her farm with her husband and two kids. She told The New York Times that her farm “solidified my need to be out of the game when I’m not working, to be in nature and to refresh.”

She also likes rock climbing and shared a video on her IG in July 2020, and her balance is seriously impressive!

Amanda has spoken candidly about her mental health and says that her work on the farm, crocheting, and jumping rope help her relax, per Marie Claire. And she's also chatted about how much she loves going to therapy.

Well, she certainly looks like she's taking care of things out there on the pickleball court. Go, Amanda, go!
