Allure Bridals and Netflix collaborated with designer Lyn Paolo to release a bridal collection inspired by the “Bridgerton” universe. Influenced by the costumes on the show and its spin-off “Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story,” the collection is set to launch on Dec. 11, with an exclusive first-look celebration happening at The Huntington Library, Art Museum and Botanical Gardens in Los Angeles.

The collection will be featured via a runway show during the event and a video of the show will be available for public viewing on Allure Bridals Instagram account the day after the event. After the runway show, there will be a reception with beverages provided by Williams Sonoma and a tea service from the Republic of Tea. Attendees can enjoy the custom photo booth by celebrity photographer Bryant Eslava.

“It has been a true joy working with my friends at Shondaland and the talented creative team at Allure Bridals. We hope to bring the romance, elegance and beauty of the Regency and Georgian eras to the modern bride. I am so proud of this collection and we cannot wait to share it with the world,” Paolo told WWD.

The collection features 15 dresses and five veils, all inspired by Regency- and Georgian-era designs, introducing the classic silhouettes to the modern bride.

Dresses from the collection will be offered in champagne, mauve, ivory, platinum and multicolored floral designs. The pieces also feature detachable sleeves and trains and will include coordinating veils. Allure Bridals also released a number of sketches from the bridal collection, which will be available for purchase online and in bridal stores worldwide starting December 2023. Prices range from $1,600 to $3,000.

Paolo has a long history of working with Shondaland. The costume designer had previously worked on Shonda Rhimes projects including “Scandal,” “How to Get Away With Murder” and “Inventing Anna.”

Last year, Netflix partnered with The British Fashion Council and designer Ifeanyi Okwuadi to blend Regency-era style with modern fashion in a “Bridgerton”-inspired collection.
