Allison Janney Makes 58 Look Like 38 In Red-Hot Swimsuit Photo

Allison Janney is 58 years old, but you wouldn't know it by looking at a stunning photo she posted of herself rocking a red swimsuit on Instagram Thursday.

"Big thanks to the fabulous @laurabrown99 for always making me feel so beautiful and inspired. I adore you!," she captioned the photo, adding that the picture was part of a photo shoot for InStyle magazine.

In the pic, the star of CBS's Mom appears fresh and youthful with her hair pulled back and fit body on full display. But Janney works hard to stay healthy at her age.

In August, the statuesque 6-foot-tall actress posted a video of herself at the gym doing some extreme high kicks that target the booty and lower back muscles.

"@1powerserge kills me with kicks. #rp #workoutwednesday," Janney wrote, crediting her trainer Sergio Carbajal, who also gave her a special shoutout in a separate post.

"After being gone for almost 2 months @allisonbjanney shooting her latest project- I had to rock her awesome specs 😎 While giving her a good #ass," he wrote.

However, fitness is only half the battle, and Janney is also strategic about the way she consumes her food.

ShedYourWeight.com reports that Janney likes to practice portion control, which means she is conscious of how much food she puts on her plate and manages her daily caloric intake-without being too strict, of course.

"I eat what I want," she said. "I have the occasional triple grande nonfat latte from Starbucks, but other than that, I just love eating healthy stuff."
