Nearly a year following his sudden death by suicideStephen 'tWitch' Boss' wife Allison Holker is still stuck in the ebb and flow of grief.

The dancer took to social media on Dec. 4, just over a week before the first anniversary of his untimely passing, where she opened up about continuing to live with the emotional effects of his loss.

"Grief never ends," she wrote on Instagram, alongside a pair of new photos of herself all dressed up in colorful garments, sitting on the backside of an ornate chair. "But every season of challenge has an expiration date. Keep believing and keep dancing through."

The DJ was found dead in an LA-area hotel room last Dec., after Holker ran to an LAPD station on Tuesday, Dec. 13 to report that he'd left his home without his car and that something seemed off.

For months following his passing, Holker, who often went viral on social media for uploading choreographed dances with her husband, avoided dancing on her own. She returned with her first video in Aug., noting she "was overwhelmed with so many emotions," feeling "both scared and excited" to get back into it.

"But dance has always been there for me… even now and I am so grateful for that," she concluded.

She and their daughter Weslie uploaded a dance together that same month, captioning it, "When your life is a mess but you just trying to vibe."

The family has been incredibly open with followers as they've recovered from the devastating loss, taking them along through their life changes and letting others know they're not alone in their feelings.
