Allison Holker Dances With Her Kids in Honor of Special Day

Allison Holker, So You Think You Can Dance alum and the widow of Stephen 'tWitch' Boss, celebrated National Dance Day on Sept. 16 in style with her kids.

Together, Holker, her son Maddox, 7, and her younger daughter Zaia, 3, danced to the groove in a video posted to her Instagram grid captioned, "Dancing with my loves for national dance day!! 🩶."

In the clip, Holker perfectly dances to Doja Cat's "Paint The Town Red," performing a little routine in the background, while Maddox jumps and spins around at the front. Meanwhile, Zaia poses for a moment at the start of the video before wandering out of frame.

The family's dog watches it all go down from beside the trio, while Holker's eldest kid, Weslie, 15, isn't in the video. In the short dance clip, Holker wears a relaxed brown shirt and pants set with stylish Nike sneakers as her kids dress up in Spider-Man costumes.

Fans have been enthusiastically cheering Holker on as she slowly returns to dancing after Boss' death, and this latest clip is no exception. One fan wrote in the comments of the newest video, "😍😍😍 Go babies! Dance. Dance, Dance! Love the matching Spidey costumes!"

"You are such an amazing mother, a strong woman, and a beautiful soul! Keep killin it, Mama!❤️❤️❤️," wrote another.

A third said, "You are the definition of strength through grief and joy that coexists at the same time ♥️."

Holker uploaded her first dance video after Boss' passing at the end of August, with a fun clip featuring her daughter Weslie.

Soon after, she opened up about her journey with dance in the wake of such a major loss, writing on social media, "Truly felt so good to dance again. I was overwhelmed with so many emotions. I was both scared and excited. But dance has always been there for me… even now and I am so grateful for that."

Both Holker and her late husband were on SYTYCD, continuing on as dancers and choreographers throughout their careers until Boss' passing in December of last year. Thankfully, the very talented Holker is starting to explore her passion once again.
