Allegations against Colleen Ballinger have been increasing after new videos from accuser Adam McIntyre apparently reopened the conversation surrounding Ballinger’s relationship with young fans.

Ballinger, who became famous for her internet alter ego Miranda Sings, first addressed McIntyre’s allegations in 2020, after he posted his first YouTube video about their relationship. In the 25-minute video, McIntyre alleged that Ballinger was inappropriate towards him when he was 13 years old. His accusations included Ballinger making him her “unpaid intern,” sending him new, unworn lingerie and making him uncomfortable by sharing details about her divorce.

Ballinger responded to the accusations in a video of her own and apologized — admitting to “oversharing” with some fans and calling the lingerie incident a “silly, stupid mistake that is being blown way out of proportion.”

The 2020 allegations have now resurfaced three years later, in part thanks to new videos from McIntyre that he uploaded in early June. And there have been other stories from former Miranda Sings fans are coming out, including recent one from a TikTok user named Becky.

In the video, which has garnered more than 8 million views, Becky shared her experience going up on stage during a Miranda Sings tour when she was 16 years old.

“If you’ve never been to a Miranda show, Colleen frequently has segments when she calls people up on stage,” Becky said. “I got called up for the yoga challenge.”

Becky mentioned that she deliberately “dressed skimpy” for another recurring segment on the show where Ballinger would “basically degrade” guests by calling what they were wearing “porn.” A clip compilation of the segment was shared on Twitter.

There are other videos on TikTok and YouTube — some from as far back as 2016 — that show Ballinger bringing audience members up on stage with her for various segments.

When Becky was picked for the yoga segment, she was concerned about her outfit. But she alleged that no adult nor Ballinger herself intervened when bringing Becky up on stage in a romper.

“I am laying down and Colleen is spreading my legs basically as far as she can — she spreads them so far that you can see the Spandex I was wearing under my romper,” Becky said. “I was laying under Colleen and she was smirking down at me while thousands of people were laughing and I was terrified that my body wasn’t covered enough.”

In The Know contacted Ballinger for comment but there has been no response to date.

In a follow-up TikTok, Becky showed a photo of herself wearing the romper to address commenters who questioned why she would wear something she herself called “skimpy” to the show in hopes of being pulled on stage.

“I was so excited that she had called me up on stage,” Becky said. “All of the comments blaming me for what I was wearing and blaming me for wanting to be on stage are really weird.”

Ballinger is currently on tour and has not addressed McIntyre’s new videos nor any other allegations that have surfaced in recent weeks. McIntyre claimed in a tweet on June 14 that he had filed a police report after experiencing an influx of doxxing threats since his video in early June.

Social media users are also looking to Ballinger’s friends, including YouTuber Trisha Paytas, to comment on the allegations. Paytas launched a new YouTube channel and podcast with Ballinger called “Oversharing” at the end of May. While Paytas has not made any official comment on the allegations against Ballinger, she did post a quote to her Instagram Story on June 14 that some fans believe was in response to the situation.
