Allbirds Limited-edition Wisteria Wool Runners
Allbirds is well known for its ultra-comfortable wool sneakers. And while many of the brand's styles are neutral and go with everything, a new sneaker launch is here to brighten up your winter wardrobe.
The Wool Runner for men and women is now available for a limited time in Wisteria, a bright purple color with a cream sole.

The idea for the colorful shoe came from an Instagram photo from Allbirds back in 2018. The brand frequently posts photos related to future color launches with the hashtag #allbirdscolorinspo. After this photo of a wisteria tree in full bloom was posted, the brand's Instagram followers flocked to the comments and DMs to request a shoe in that same striking purple color.

"Inspired by your comments, DMs, and a picture of a random purple tree we posted that got an insane amount of likes, we decided to give the people (aka you) what you want: a bright purple shoe," Allbirds said in an Instagram caption announcing the launch of the shoe on Nov. 1.
The colorful sneaker is available from Allbirds for a limited time, but the possibilities for future colors are endless, especially if you're keeping an eye on the brand's Instagram page.
