Alison Brie's Endless Legs Are Legit Sculpted As She Poses In A Minidress On IG

  • Alison Brie just took to Instagram to show off the cutest outfit.

  • In the new snap, the 39-year-old actress is wearing an embellished Valentino minidress, which she paired with amazing platform heels. But as cute as her lewk is, I can't help but notice how sculpted and toned her legs are!

  • It's no secret that Alison is majorly into all things fitness. She stays in excellent shape by working out six days a week and eating a predominantly veggie-based diet.


Alison Brie has been busy promoting the release of her new Apple TV+ show ROAR, (which also stars Issa Rae and Nicole Kidman)—debuting on the streaming platform on April 15th. And she has been bringing the lewks for all her media appearances.

In a new Instagram post, the 39-year-old Glow star shared three snaps of her perfectly styled outfit. She rocked an embellished Valentino minidress, sheer black Wolford tights, and sky-high platform Giuseppi Zanotti platform heels that not only make her legs look super long, but they are clearly super strong and toned.

"Back in my spot. 🖤," she captioned the pics.

Of course, the photos garnered lots of love and comments from some of her famous friends. Actress Molly Greenwald commented, "🔥🔥🔥", and Queer Eye star Antoni Porowski left her "❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥". Comedian Amy Sedaris wrote, "Super cute", and Olivia Munn was also obsessed, and left her "😍😍" on the post.

It's no secret that Alison works hard in the gym to get so strong. She previously told Women’s Health that she works out six days a week: three days with her trainer Jason Walsh, and three days of activities like hikes and riding her Peloton. Her workouts with Walsh are heavy on calisthenics done at a slow tempo, like pushups and Bulgarian split squats. And she also uses the PulseTread app for intervals on the treadmill.

Back in December 2021, she shared a video of herself crushing a drop set of pushups with weights on her back during a workout with Walsh. "A lesson in drop sets…and keeping your cool under pressure 🤣 (push-ups with 40lbs/30lbs/20lbs/10lbs/0lbs) Happy Holidays!! 🎄💪🏼🎄 @risemovement," she captioned the video.

And in 2018, Jason shared a photo of Alison and Brie Larson (who also trains with him) during a training session with super heavy dumbbells.

Alison also told Women’s Health that starring in Glow helped change her body image. “It helped with my relationship to my body times a million,” she said. “Before, I always felt at odds with it; I wanted it to be something it wasn’t. But I didn’t have the tools to do that in a healthy way.”

 

As for her diet, she shared with WH that she tends to eat vegan or vegetarian. When she was shooting for Glow, her diet included oatmeal with protein powder, vegan protein shakes, tuna salad with spinach and olives, avocado, and cucumber. And for dinner, she would make ground turkey stir-fries.
