Alexis Ohanian’s Secret Video With His Dad Is Making the Rounds Again After a Big End-Of-Year Announcement

Alexis Ohanian has proven time and again that he’s one of the best girl dads out there — even when he’s embarrassing his 5-year-old daughter Olympia. And his latest Instagram post gives us an idea of why. The Reddit co-founder posted a video in October where he secretly filmed his dad, Chris Ohanian.

The two are in a kitchen, and Alexis asks his dad if “he would say he has ‘rizz'” and if anyone has told him he has rizz. The hilarious and endearing video is popping back up again now that Oxford named “rizz” the Word of the Year for 2023.

“Don’t ask me that,” Chris said. “That’s like when you told me I was an ‘OG’ and I didn’t know what the hell that was.”

“Yeah, that’s an original gangster,” Alexis confirmed.

Chris acknowledged he eventually figured it out, to which Alexis said he used it correctly in whatever context it was used (because what son wants to be wrong?).

“Yeah, I think it was because I was a travel agent for a long time,” Chris — who has over 40 years of experience in the travel industry and founded his own agency — said.

“Yeah, OG on the travel scene,” Alexis said with a playful smirk.

The whole thing is adorable and classic, with one generation testing another on the latest slang.

“My dad and I have a special relationship,” Alexis captioned the post. Followers loved the special moment and said it explained why Alexis is such a great dad to his daughters Olympia and Adira, 2 months — whom he shares with his wife Serena Williams.

“That’s why you’re so intentional with Olympia ❤️,” one person said.

“This! It’s no wonder you are a great dad and so committed to your family. 💫 It’s evident that family is everything to you!” another commented

“Takes a good Dad to make a good Dad🙌,” yet another wrote.

How sweet is that?

Others did come to Chris’ defense. “Speaking on behalf of parents the age of your dad, which I am, with children your age, which I do have, y’all get on our nerves sometimes 😂😂😂😂😂”

Last month, Alexis showed that he is willing to work whatever phrases (or probably slang!) Olympia wants into his comments on live TV to let her know he’s thinking about her. And if that doesn’t prove he has rizz, we don’t know what will.
