Alexandra Daddario's arms and legs are truly next-level toned in her latest post on Instagram. The Can You Keep A Secret star, 36, was photographed kneeling on her couch in a bright green Alo mini dress.

She captioned the post, "I propped the phone on top of dozens of books and a box of unpacked dishes and used the 10 second timer." Honestly, very relatable.

Naturally, her followers made their way to the comment section to share their thoughts, with one user saying, "💚💚💚💚 goddess in green." Another added, "Beautiful🔥😍." A third fan chimed, "You look amazing."

It's no surprise that Alexandra works hard to stay so fit. She told Health that training for her role as a lifeguard in Baywatch really helped her find workouts she enjoyed.

Still, she said that the amount of training she did was “not sustainable” post-filming. "[I] was doing more aerobic activity and way more weight training, which is something I’ve [since] incorporated into my daily routine.”

When Alexandra's not training for the big screen, she's doing hot yoga and AMRAP (as many reps as possible) workouts. Just last year, she shared a video on YouTube of herself doing 20 minutes worth of lateral raises, reverse lunges, jump squats, push-ups, and stability ball crunches.

She also joined her Baywatch co-star Zac Efron on his Gym Time w/ Zac Efron YouTube series for an ab circuit and intense sit-up competition.

As for her diet, Alexandra likes to fill up on foods high in protein and healthy fats. One of her go-to meals is quinoa and chicken breast with a side of avocado. But overall, feeling satisfied is what's most important (sweet cravings included).

"I think you have to indulge or the stress of not being able to enjoy what you eat will detract from any benefits you’re getting from eating healthy," she told Health. "Life is really stressful without chocolate."
