Alexandra Daddario just flaunted her toned legs and abs at the AMC Network 2022 Upfront red carpet event.

The 36-year-old San Andreas star posed in a black Micheal Kors high-slit-cut-out dress paired with matching pointed-toed shoes and a classic red lip. Alexandra also took to Instagram to show off the look as she posed on a rooftop with a stunning city view.

She captioned the photo, "A tourist in @michaelkors."

Naturally, her fans quickly made their way to the comment section, with one user saying, "Wow. Stunning!" Another added, "Major cutie alert!!!"

Curious to know what Alexandra does to stay so fit? For starters, she puts in a lot of work at the gym to get ready for her big movie roles. She previously told Health that prepping for projects like Baywatch helped her discover which workouts she enjoyed.

However, the amount of training needed for her role was “not sustainable” in the long run. "[I] was doing more aerobic activity and way more weight training, which is something I’ve [since] incorporated into my daily routine,” she said.

In her spare time, Alexandra enjoys doing hot yoga and AMRAP (as many reps as possible) workouts.

In 2021, she shared a video of herself doing 20 minutes worth of lateral raises, reverse lunges, jump squats, push-ups, and stability ball crunches on YouTube. She also caught up with her Baywatch co-star Zac Efron to do an intense ab circuit (and sit-up contest) for his YouTube series Gym Time w/ Zac Efron.

When it comes to her diet, Alexandra opts for foods that are high in protein and full of healthy fats. She's a big fan of quinoa and chicken breast with a side of avocado.

"I think you have to indulge or the stress of not being able to enjoy what you eat will detract from any benefits you’re getting from eating healthy," she told Health. "Life is really stressful without chocolate."
