Alexandra Daddario took full advantage of a break from shooting in New Orleans to soak up some rays with her sister Catharine and try out paddle boarding in super cute matching green and white swimsuits. (And her abs look super strong!)
And her followers are loving the suit. Tommy Dorfman commented, "cuuuuute suit!"
One way Alexandra gets her abs so strong and toned is by practicing yoga. Back in March, she shared a video of herself post-yoga class cooling down and stretching things out before she went on with her day.
And last August, shared shared another video of herself doing some vinyasa flow yoga, which included a downward dog and a side plank.
And for her role in Baywatch, she hit the gym hard. She did lots of AMRAP workouts with her trainer Patrick Murphy, with moves like lateral raises, reverse lunges, jump squats, push-ups, and stability ball crunches.
She also hit the gym with her Baywatch co-star Zac Efron, where they did a sit-up competition. Spoiler: She totally beat him!
When it comes to her diet, Alexandra told Health "When I’m hungry, I want food, like, now, or else I get very cranky," she said.
Throughout the day she reaches for her faves like quinoa, avocado, and chicken breast. But she also treats herself.
"I think you have to indulge or the stress of not being able to enjoy what you eat will detract from any benefits you’re getting from eating healthy," she said. "Life is really stressful without chocolate."
She clearly has a sweet tooth, and back in March shared a delicious piece of chocolate cake that she ate for breakfast.
