Alexandra Daddario Is Sculpted In A Naked Dress On IG, And Fans Are Freaking

The naked dress is having a serious moment right now, so, obviously, Alexandra Daddario is not going to miss out on the trend. The Mayfair Witches star just dropped photos on Instagram of herself in a ‘fit that’s so chic, it simply has to be seen to believed.

In pics from the TAG Heuer Fifth Avenue Flagship Boutique opening, Alex is wearing a totally see-through strapless dress with a wavy sequined pattern that extends all the way to the ground—and the 37-year-old’s abs, legs, and arms are beyond toned in the look. She didn’t say much in her Instagram caption but no words were needed.

People completely bugged out in the comments. “You’re stunning,” one wrote, while another called her “Barbie in real life.”

Alexandra has been open about putting in serious work to get so strong over the years, and she has even sharing a video on YouTube of a workout challenge she did with her Baywatch co-star Zac Efron (she won, by the way). For starters, Alexandra works with trainer Patrick Murphy, and she previously shared a YouTube video where she was doing an "as many reps as possible" (AMRAP) workout under his guidance. And yeah, it’s no joke. Alexandra can be seen working her way through a slew of moves, including side arm raises, TRX pullups, weighted squats, hip thrusts on an exercise ball, and more.

Murphy told Women’s Health that Alex “puts in the work and never looks for shortcuts,” which is a pretty awesome endorsement from a trainer. When she’s not schooling her co-star or logging beast mode hours at the gym, Alex told WH that she likes to be outside, whether it’s hiking or swimming in the ocean. “I’ve found that my body heals faster and responds better if I’m in tune with myself and can be in nature,” she said.

She’s a big fan of acupuncture, too, telling WH that she’s “obsessed” with the practice. She joked, “I’ve had the needles everywhere—all over my body.”

Foodwise, Alexandra told WH that she’s big into cooking at home and especially loves making pasta. “Pasta is such a great thing because you can add anything to it and make it taste like anything,” she shared.

As for her day-to-day routine, the actress rises early and likes to hydrate first thing. Then, she'll enjoy a cappuccino. "The type of milk I use always changes, but at the moment it’s oat milk," she told WH.

For breakfast, she'll have some fruit and egg whites with spinach and toast. A lunchtime meal varies, but Alex definitely enjoys a veggie-and-chicken stir fry. Finally, for dinner, Alex says it depends on the day (and what she has in the fridge).

One thing is for sure: Alex loves sushi. “I’m obsessed with sushi–that’s my ‘going out’ food,” she said.
