  • Alexandra Daddario is looking extra strong and fit these days.

  • At last night's SAG Awards, the 35-year-old actress rocked a shimmery gown with an impossibly high slit. And damn, her legs were beyond sculpted!

  • Cardio, strength training, and yoga keep Alexandra in tip-top shape. Oh, and she boxes too.

Alexandra Daddario never screws around at the gym—and she just showed off the results of all her hard work at the SAG Awards red carpet last night. The 35-year-old Baywatch star came to play in a Versace gown with a low V-neckline and slit up to her thigh. The whole look put her totally toned arms, legs, and back on full display.

Naturally, Alexandra shared pics on Instagram and fans promptly lost it: “😍😍😍 It’s just perfect ❤️🔥,” one wrote. “You are THE main character,” another said.

Of course, Alexandra didn’t get that fit bod by accident. For starters, she told Health that she’s still doing some of the impressive workouts she did to get in Baywatch shape—mostly aerobic activity and “more weight training, which is something I’ve [since] incorporated into my daily routine.” She’s just not going at a super intense level right now (she said her Baywatch training was “not sustainable”.) And fair.

Alexandra is also big on hot yoga and AMRAP (as many reps as possible) workouts, sharing one on YouTube led by her trainer Patrick Murphy that’s so, so impressive. In it, Alexandra worked her way through moves like lateral raises, reverse lunges, jump squats, push-ups, and stability ball crunches…and kept at it for 20 minutes.

OK, but how strong is she, really? Well, in another YouTube video she trained with her Baywatch co-star Zac Efron and completely owned him in a sit-up competition. So...there's that.

Of course, Alexandra eats well too. She likes to have healthy foods in her fridge. And her go-to’s include quinoa, avocado, and chicken breast—but she also told Health that she doesn’t like to deprive herself. "I think you have to indulge or the stress of not being able to enjoy what you eat will detract from any benefits you’re getting from eating healthy," she said. "Life is really stressful without chocolate."

She just strives to eat well overall. "As long as you’ve taken care of yourself in other ways, I think that it’s important to have balance," she said.

Pass the quinoa.
