Alex Showerman Joins Juliana Cycles Team
Alex Showerman is a professional freerider and filmmaker who is deeply embedded in the mountain bike scene.
On April 26th, 2024, Showerman announced that she was partnering with Juliana Bicycles, the women’s oriented brand from Santa Cruz. See Juliana’s welcome post below.
Alex Showerman will be a great addition to the Juliana team. She has a wide reach as a filmmaker and an instagram presence. In a Q and A with Juliana, she raved about joining the team.
I view Juliana as a disruptor and incubator for change in an industry that needs to figure out how to capitalize on the explosion in women’s sports that is happening in almost all major sports right now. Being a part of that change is really exciting to me.

Alex lives in Vermont where she works as a filmmaker. Her upcoming film Coming Home recently won the Most Inspiring Film award at No Man's Land Festival.
