If you’re a pickle-lover, then we have a feeling you’re going to love the latest food find over at Aldi. Thanks to a surge in popularity, Grillo’s Pickles brought back a customer favorite — and it’s now available on shelves at your local discount retailer.

Back by popular demand, Aldi shoppers can now grab containers of the coveted Pickle de Gallo, a tasty, unique take on the typical pico de gallo topping found on Mexican and Tex-Mex foods. Grillo’s offers two flavors of their Pickle de Gallo: Mild or Medium with thick and chunky pieces. This tasty salsa is made with seven ingredients: cucumbers, a white vinegar-based brine, yellow onion, red bell pepper, and garlic. You can buy a container of Pickle de Gallo for just $3.55, now for a limited time.

Frequent Aldi customers are ecstatic about this tasty food returning to shelves. In a recent post by Grillo’s Pickles sharing the news, one shopper admits that they love this salsa so much, they literally eat it by the spoonful. “So excited to restock,” says one shopper.

These jars sell out so fast, one customer even said “this stuff is a unicorn to find” because of how quickly they’re gone. If you’re not near an Aldi, don’t sweat it; you’ll still be able to find this Pickle de Gallo at other stores near you. You can also buy jars over at Target and Amazon, and some stores even offer it through Instacart. You can even find out which local locations sell this tasty spread through Grillo’s Pickles store finder on their website.

So what exactly do you eat with a pickle-based salsa? One shopper says they love spreading this on a hot dog in place of relish, giving their dinner almost a Chicago-style flare. In that same vein, you could also add it to your sandwiches, burgers, and quesadillas. Or simply serve it in a bowl with these air fryer tortilla chips!
