Aldi has the amazing ability to churn out products you didn’t even know you needed, and then can’t live without. Now, there's a new must-have product to put on your shopping list: edible cookie dough.

The store has rolled out two different flavors of edible cookie dough in the refrigerator aisle: Bake House Creations’ Edible Cookie Dough Chocolate Chunk and Peanut Butter. Both jars come emblazoned with instructors to “eat…don’t bake!” and you don’t have to tell me twice!

The dough was spotted by Instagram account @AldiFavoriteFinds, and people are pretty excited about it. “I’m going to need this!!!” one person wrote. “I want,” someone else wrote simply.

Apparently this is as irresistible as it looks, because one commenter said they recently bought this and “ate the whole thing in like 3 days.”

Edible cookie dough seems to be having a moment lately. Costco recently rolled out entire tubs of edible brownie dough, and plenty of companies like Dible Dough and DoughP are unleashing all kinds of varieties of dough you can eat from the jar.

There’s no word on whether these are the only flavors of Bake House Creations edible cookie dough Aldi is offering right now, but TBH, this is more than plenty of goodness to choose from. There’s also, of course, no guarantee that these are available at every Aldi, but be sure to check the refrigerator aisle next time you’re there just in case. Sounds like you won't regret it!
