Aldi Is Selling Popcorn That Tastes Like A Piece Of Buttered Corn On The Cob
Summer is finally here and that means munching on things like ice cream sandwiches, hot dogs, and buttery and delicious corn on the cob. But in case you can't be bothered with shucking and cooking up some corn for yourself, you can just snag a bag of this Aldi popcorn that people swear is the next best thing.
Instagrammer @theamazingaldi spotted bags of this Clancy's Roasted Sweet Corn popcorn (ya know, the Clancy's that also made dill pickle popcorn a thing? Yes, that same Clancy's). This popcorn is air-popped and dusted with roasted sweet corn seasoning for a whole new kind of snacking experience. People call it buttery and slightly sweet, which are both very good things!

And before you go rolling your eyes saying "wow, corn that tastes like corn, big whoop," let me tell you just how wrong you are. Orville Redenbacher makes bags of microwavable popcorn that taste like corn on the cob and it just hits differently somehow! I don't know how to explain it other than you just need to trust me and try it!
This popcorn is apparently a seasonal offering and people go searching for it every year, so I am clearly not the only one who loves a bit of corn-flavored corn. SO THERE. In case you're wondering, a bag costs around $2 depending on your location, so this is what I'd call a very low stakes investment...until you inevitably love it and want to buy a bag every week. Don't say I didn't warn you!
