Aldi Is Selling a Gorgeous Pair of $13 Sneakers That Rival Adidas and Nike, and They're Guaranteed to Sell Out Fast

It’s great to have one pair of gym shoes to workout in, but when it comes to sneakers, the limit does not exist on how many you can own. Street sneakers are a great to wear with nice or casual clothes, depending on the event. And the most unexpected store is selling a cute pair for only $13 that rivals Adidas and Nike (spoiler: it’s Aldi).
From March 20 through March 26, the Aldi Finds drop includes a ton of new Aldi Gear. While you probably never thought you’d want to sport logo apparel for a grocery store, this week’s drop has some seriously cute items. And one of the highlights is the Ladies' ALDI Gear Sneaker.
The Ladies' sneaker is mostly white, has a red sole, a rainbow Aldi logo and comes in sizes 5-10. It also comes in a version for men, which is completely white except for the dark blue sole and Aldi logo on the back and tongue, and comes in sizes 9-12.

Both shoes have a similar style—a court sneaker or classic rubber-soled street sneaker look. They have a cushioned, padded heel and pair well with the Men’s or Ladies' ALDI Gear 2-pack of socks ($4.99). They even have a pullover, joggers and bucket hat so you can create a whole outfit of just Aldi merch. While it’s not for everyone, it’s kind of camp (and individually, the items are pretty stylish).
As we mentioned above, these Aldi Gear Sneakers are comparable to some of the nicest sneakers around, like the Nike Gamma Force women’s shoes, which are $95 and feature a leather upper part and kinda chunky rubber sole. The Gamma Force shoes “pay homage to vintage sport,” which is similar to the Aldi Gear Sneakers in style.

There’s also the Adidas VL Court 3.0 Low Shoes that aren’t direct lookalikes for the Aldi Sneakers but, again, are on the same plane of existence in terms of style. These also have leather on top and a rubber outsole. These are also cushioned for ultimate comfort.

VL Court 3.0 Low Shoes, $75 at Adidas
The shoe that the Aldi sneak looks the most like is actually by Alo Yoga with the Alo x 01 Classic sneakers. They have nearly the same silhouette and style (and is unisex!). It’s made with vegan leather and a sole with “extra bounce.” It comes in four colors still in stock, including all-white and a black and white sneaker worn by Kylie Jenner.

And lastly, there are the New Balance CT 300 V3 Court Sneakers, which the Aldi Gear shoes are similar to; they’re kind of a mix between the Adidas sneakers and the Aldi ones. Again, they’re a “court” shoe and kind of look like retro tennis shoes (in a modern way). They’re made with a leather upper part, rubber sole and cushioned footbed.
